Lindberg/MPH has developed a mesh belt conveyor furnace for a user in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. The electrically heated furnace has an argon process atmosphere and a full muffle design. This model is designed with a maximum temperature of 1,100 degrees C. The total equipment input is approximately 9 kW.
The atmosphere piping is copper tubing and uses Swagelok tube fittings. The purge chambers are located at the entrance and exit ends of the furnace, containing a removable baffle tray assembly. The overall dimensions of the furnace and stand are 128 by 22 by 59 in.
