The company’s food conveyor line, DynaClean, is now available with a so-called “embedded diamond belting”. This has been designed to reduce food waste and loss when conveying a sticky food product, such as marinated meat or sweets, from one machine to another.
The company said its new belt option boasts a “superior release” of sticky food products as the diamond pattern is embedded on all surface areas.
In a statement on the new belts, Dynamic Conveyor Corporation said that, at first glance, its belts might appear like many others one would see inside a food manufacturing factory, but claimed there is a difference: the belts drive on sprockets and are not under any tension, which enables easy lifting for food conveyor cleaning and solving a problem commonly encountered with flat belts.
