BILLINGS — According to the Billings Fire Department, a conveyor belt at the Phillips 66 refinery in Billings caught fire late afternoon Saturday. The conveyor belt carries materials to the coker, which is an oil refinery processing unit.
Billings Fire offered mutual aid to the refinery fire brigade a little after three and were able to put the fire out.
